Vassilis serves as both Director and Risk Manager in Guardo Assets Management Ltd, bringing extensive experience in asset management, risk management and portfolio management with over 10 years of experience. He is a CFA charter holder and holds the advanced certification of The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) ensuring the highest professional standards in guiding the company’s strategy and safeguarding client interests.
Christiana is an Independent Non-executive Director and a fully licensed Advocate with extensive expertise in AML, data protection, corporate governance, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial law. She also serves as a Secretary of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Her independent role is crucial in strengthening the company’s compliance framework governance and regulatory alignments, while ensuring the Board’s decisions remain transparent, accountable and in the best interest of Investors.
Anna is an independent Non- Executive Director who brings an objective voice to the Board of Directors ensuring strong governance and investor protection. Her role is key in promoting transparency, accountability and investor protection. She has experience in global compliance services and is involved in the property development sale process. Anna is also assisting with bilingual client communications.
Sophie is a Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and AML/CFT compliance in the financial services sector. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS)and holds the CySEC Advanced Certificate, CySEC AML Certificate, and the EIMF Cyprus Fund Administration Certificate. Sophie is an active member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the CyprusCompliance Association, the International Compliance Association, and the Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association.
